This Privacy Policy explains how Pak Funded Trader ("PFT", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you register for and use our simulated trading evaluation platform, including our website, dashboard, and any related mobile or desktop experience.

By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not register for or use the platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your full name, username, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Simulated trading activity — order history, open and closed positions, simulated balances and equity, chart drawings/annotations, and any drawdown or risk-limit events recorded against your account. This data exists entirely within our simulated trading environment and does not represent real-market transactions.
• Payment records — details of your challenge fee payments (amount, date, and payment method used), processed through our third-party payment providers.
• KYC (identity verification) information — where required before a payout, we collect a copy of a valid National Identity Card (front and back), a selfie for identity confirmation, and an active phone number, as described on our rules page.
• Payout details — bank account information, mobile wallet numbers, cryptocurrency wallet addresses, or other details required by the payout method you select.
• Affiliate data — referral links, referred users, and commission history, if you participate in our affiliate program.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and general usage/log data collected automatically to help secure and operate the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to: create and manage your account; verify your identity, including via email OTP and KYC review; operate the simulated trading engine, risk-monitoring systems, and evaluation logic; process and verify payout requests to qualified traders; track affiliate referrals and commissions; send transactional emails such as OTP codes, drawdown warnings, and payout status updates; investigate suspected rule violations or fraudulent activity as described in our Terms and Conditions; and maintain and improve the security, reliability, and functionality of the platform.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and similar local-storage technologies to keep you securely logged in, remember your dashboard preferences, and maintain the functionality of the trading interface. We do not use these technologies to sell your data to third-party advertisers.

5. Email Communications

We send account-related emails such as OTP verification codes, payout status updates, evaluation and account-status notifications, and — if enabled in your account Settings — drawdown warning alerts. You may disable non-essential notification emails such as drawdown warnings at any time from your account Settings; essential account and security emails cannot be disabled, as they are necessary to operate your account safely.

6. Data Storage and Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt) and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Access to your account is protected via a token-based authentication system. KYC documents and payout details are restricted to authorized platform administrators on a need-to-know basis. While we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Payment and Payout Information

When you pay a challenge fee, your payment is processed through a third-party payment provider; PFT does not directly store your full card or account credentials. When you submit a payout request, we collect the payment details you provide (such as bank account details, mobile wallet numbers, or cryptocurrency wallet addresses) solely to process that specific payout, which — as explained in our Terms — is a performance-based reward paid to qualified traders, not a withdrawal of trading capital.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only in the following circumstances: with trusted service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the platform (for example, email delivery services used to send OTP and notification emails, or payment processors used to handle challenge-fee payments); where required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or valid request from a regulatory or law-enforcement authority; or where necessary to investigate suspected fraud, rule violations, or activity that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account information, simulated trading history, and related records for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for record-keeping, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legitimate need to retain certain records as described in Section 9. You may update your account details or change your password at any time from Settings, or request other account-related data changes by contacting us at [email protected].

11. Children's Privacy

The platform is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18, in line with the eligibility requirement in our Terms and Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
